Republican Jobs (BuildRed LLC) is a headhunting service that works to connect applicants, like yourself, with Republican Campaigns and other related agencies in the political field that are looking to staff their projects, companies, and campaigns. Most campaign roles are by default contract work (unless otherwise specified) and are not with Republican Jobs. Republican Jobs does not guarantee any outcomes of the interview process, application submissions, or that any applicants will be hired by any of our clients. All decisions about employment/contracts are made exclusively by the company employing/contracting. Republican Jobs will present the applicant’s submitted information to our current client list at the time of submission, which will be limited to the clients at said time. By submitting your application you acknowledge that we will refer candidates based on the client’s criteria. We are not a party to or responsible for any agreements made between the applicant and employer/contracting company, and anything else after referral. Republican Jobs reserves the right to use any prevalent information provided to Republican Jobs in making a judgment on whether to refer an applicant. Republican Jobs reserves the right to inquire about an applicant’s performance, and use that information to make a judgment on whether to continue referring an applicant or terminate the referral relationship. You understand that by submitting your application, you do not work for and you are not employed/contracted by Republican Jobs and we have no obligation to the applicant.
